It seems Twilight star Ashley Greene took her role as a vampire too seriously. Not only is she a pain in the neck in the “Twilight Saga,” but the word is that she’s a bigger pain in the neck to the crew and cast on the TV show “Pan Am.” Her poor attitude most likely made “Pan Am” executive producer Nancy Hult Ganis wish she had the clairvoyant power of Ms. Greene’s Alice Cullen character, so she could say, “No way I’m hiring Ashley. Who needs a temperamental, self-centered actress? Give me Shannon Doherty’s agent.” (OR: …Lindsay Lohan’s agent).
On-set tempers got hotter than a car parked in Hollywood on New Year’s Day after Ms. Greene referred to herself as “a real movie star.” This statement not only irked “Pan Am’s” cast, but also elevated her straight to DVD “Summer’s Blood” film into the rarified “real movie” status.
