“Gossip Girl” star Leighton Meester surprised her audience in more ways than one as she took the stage to perform songs from her new album at the Troubadour in West Hollywood.
Not looking anything like Blair Waldroff, the character she portrays on the CW hit TV show, the 25-year-old debut her new bangs, and new tunes, while channeling her inner “flower child” wearing a bohemian white dress. And the girl can actually sing.
In the crowd were Leighton’s Father Doug and fellow Gossip Girl, actress Michelle Trachtenberg.
