‘Not a chance!’ DiCap pulls out of Mel Gibson movie

Payback is a bitch, and we don’t mean the movie.  According to a new report by RadarOnline.com the site leaking the shocking rants of Mel Gibson, the actor/director has taken another major blow due to his sexist, racist remarks – losing the leading man of his next movie.

Leonardo DiCaprio has withdrawn from starring in Mel Gibson’s upcoming Viking flick, chronicling the exploits of Viking warriors, with Gibson as director. “Not a chance,” said an unnamed source close to DiCaprio.

According to opinions by show-biz crackerjacks, and now being dumped by his longtime talent agency, Gibson will have a slim chance in regaining his A-list star status. The Viking film would have been DiCaprio’s first collab with Gibson, but the unnamed source said that the calculated actor — who has avoided public scandals in his nearly 20-year long career in Hollywood — did not want to risk his reputation by being associated with Mel-o-drama.

“Leo has earned the right to pick and choose who he works with, and Mel Gibson is not one of them,” the source reportedly said. A spokesperson for DiCaprio could not be reached for comment at press time. The untitled Viking movie was being co-produced by Gibson’s Icon Productions and was slated to begin shooting in the fall…., or maybe never!?
