For nearly a decade, we have been under the impression that Ashton Kutcher is the end all-be all prankster in Hollywood. Apparently, he has some solid competition in La La Land.  In doing our homework, it appears George Clooney has had many shenanigans up his sleeve, among others.

If you didn’t already know, Clooney and multiple Oceans Co-star Brad Pitt have had an ongoing  bamboozle battle since Clooney put not one, but two bumper stickers on Pitt’s car. The first saying, “I’m gay and I vote” and the next simply stating “Small penis onboard”.  Pitt has retaliated by taking out mock ads in Hollywood trades poking fun at Clooney and his ‘Sexiest Man Alive’ title. And Clooney isn’t the only one Pitt has duped.

During MoneyBall, Pitt taunted Jonah Hill like a little brother carrying a Wham theme to his jokes that snowballed during production.  He replaced framed pictures with pictures of the band as well as wrapped Jonah Hill’s golf cart in neon pink and added the face of George Michael and ‘Wham Mobile’ to the side.  The kicker being that whenever the engine was on, it played “Wake me up before you go-go”.

Other stars keep it a little simpler, a la a fart machine.  Johnny Depp reportedly played one every time Penelope Cruz went in for a serious close up filming Blow.  Hayden Pantierre’s little brother Jansen also is a fan of this using this old gag on her.

What about pranking your prankster? Apparently Lil’ Jon caught on mid-Punk that he was being Punk’d by recognizing Ashton’s cohorts.  From then on, the prank was on Ashton on a flight supposedly headed to Ecuador.

Oh and remember when Jack Nicholson mooned everyone at the Academy Awards?

Gotcha!
