The cast and producers of ‘Supernatural’ also made a big appearance at Comic-Con in San Diego to answer questions about the show’s highly anticipated return. Series’ leading men Jensen Ackles and Jared Padalecki were joined by recurring guest stars Misha Collins and Jim Beaver, creator Eric Kripke, writer-producer Ben Edlund, and Sara Gamble.
Treating the fans, Ackles screened a five-minute sneak-peek of his directorial debut (episode 604: ‘Weekend at Bobby’s), creating great excitement with the audience. Also at a recent interview with Entertainment Weekly, Misha Collins who plays the angel Castiel on the show revealed that he’ll be a series regular starting season 6, but won’t appear in every episode. Castiel will play a major role, including a more human look and feel to the character. In short, the powerful angel we’ll take care of business wearing the same get up…, as in no fashion makeover; just plain ‘ol angel.
